Overview
The SAFe 4.6 Release Train Engineer course accustoms participants with the roles and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe enterprise. The course covers how to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ART) and value streams. The course enables participants to build high-performing ARTs by becoming a servant leader and a coach. It also discusses how to plan and execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event – the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This course also prepares participants to clear the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification examination.
