Overview
The course involves working with an intensive version of leading SAFe. During the course, participants will be trained to lead an enterprise agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework and its underlying principles of lean thinking and product development flow. The course aims to help participants understand how the principles and practices of the framework support Agile teams, Agile programs, Agile program portfolio management and Agile architecture. The course also imparts knowledge essential to identify, plan and implement SAFe programs with Agile Release Trains. Upon completing the course, participants would be well-versed in identifying value streams, preparing the organization, launching Agile programs, planning and executing major events, and implementing effective processes as well as bringing about continuous program improvement.

Certification
A Certified SAFe ® Program Consultant (SPC) is a Scaled Agile Framework ® change agent and servant leader responsible for leading all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation by applying the expert knowledge of SAFe.
The first step towards earning the SPC certification is to successfully complete the Implementing SAFe course. After completing the course, participants need to appear for the SAFe Program Consultant examination. The exam details are as below –
