Overview
This course discusses how to deploy a multi-site and highly available Skype for Business infrastructure that supports instant messaging, conferencing, Persistent Chat, archiving and monitoring. The course teaches participants how to manage and maintain the infrastructure and how to troubleshoot issues that might possibly arise. The main focus of the course is on-premises Skype for Business deployment.

Prerequisites
Participants for this course need to have minimum two years of experience administering Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 R2, working with AD DS and working with name resolution including Domain Name System (DNS). Participants also need to have experience working with certificates, including public key infrastructure (PKI) certificate and working with Windows PowerShell command-line interface. Participants also need to have an understanding of data networks and telecommunications standards and components.
