Overview

The course begins by having the participants assess their own professional skills, providing them with the insights regarding their own strengths and weaknesses. The course is divided into modules to introduce the participants sequentially to each professional skill, critical for their success. Beginning by introducing the participants to leadership, emotional intelligence and communication, this course familiarizes the participants with many key concepts such as coaching, mentoring, conflict management, time management, critical thinking, facilitation and negotiation.
