Overview
This two-day intermediate/advanced level Agile leadership training engages participants in learning about the need for business agility the personal key competencies needed to lead the transformation journey as well as get an understanding of the organizational elements necessary to survive and thrive in today’s fast-paced and turbulent environment. The workshop provides an insight into the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) world not only to challenge the traditional mindset and thinking while shedding light on the paradigm shifts necessary to bring about effective leadership in such an environment. The workshop also explores the need to develop personal and relationship agility. It also covers the key elements for thoughtful improvement of organizational abilities of the participants.
