Overview
This comprehensive course on SAFe DevOps explains the DevOps competencies needed to accelerate time-to-market by improving the flow of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. As part of the course, participants will map the current value stream through their delivery pipeline, from idea to cash, and identify practices that eliminate the bottlenecks in the process. Through this course, participants will be able to understand the complete flow of value from Continuous Exploration to Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Release on Demand. The course explores SAFe’s CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps that is critical in creating a culture of shared responsibility for the complete spectrum of Solutions delivery. The course equips participants with the tools needed to execute an implementation plan for improving delivery pipeline. The course prepares participants to clear the certified SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP) examination.

Becoming a certified SAFe DevOps practitioner (SDP) requires an exceptional range of skills and is a career path for many servant leaders. After successful completion of the SAFe DevOps Practitioner course, participants are eligible to take the SDP examination. The exam details are as below –
