The gap between the jobs to be filled and the skilled talent pool competent to fill them is widening at an alarming pace. By 2021, the industry is expected to face a shortage of 230,000 skilled technologists as jobs in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data will increase to 780,000. Individuals and enterprises both must have cutting-edge skillsets to stay relevant and lead the competition.
